Egg, dairy and nut free pineapple tart snacks. Allergen friendly and healthier than traditional pineapple tarts.

Ingredients:

  • Premium HK flour
  • Nuttelex Vegan Butter
  • Premium semi sweet pineapple jam filling made with pineapples, sugar and citric acid.
  • AmeriColor gel food colouring for the horns, nose and cow patches
  • Sesame seeds for the cow eyes.

Allergen information: contain wheat and sesame seeds. Made in a kitchen that has NO eggs and the only form of dairy is packet milo.

Our ardent fans have been asking as early as December when my oven would open for orders. A small but growing group of new followers rave that these little parcels of goodness literally melt in your mouth!

These are made with no egg, no dairy and no nuts. Each cow is individually hand crafted and rolled. Each tub label is personalised by my boys. No two cows nor two tubs are exactly the same.

    Really love it! Would recommend it to everyone. Buttery, soft and not dry. The proportion of pastry and pineapple jam is just right (i love pineapple balls with slightly more pastry).
