Welcome to Project Simplicity Sg. When you use and/or order products from this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and, from this point onwards, any reference to “we”, “us”, “our” or “ourselves” refers to Project Simplicity Sg.

Each batch of our products can come out slightly differently. This can then mean the product appearance (colours) may differ slightly from the photos shown in our website. This is in no way an indication that product is defective as every care has been taken to ensure our products are made with the highest standards.

Before you place an order, you will need to register and then log in. Everyone is allowed one customer account. You are more than welcome to send our products to your friends, but they may live in a different house. All you need to do is complete a separate order for each different delivery address.

Very occasionally, if the technology fails us or we make a genuine mistake, your order attempt may be unsuccessful. While we can’t be held liable for this, we will do everything we can to resolve this for you and put that smile back on your face again.

Once your order has been accepted, you pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer placing the order. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours, and then one within 48 hours of your order being dispatched, so you will know when to expect your goods.

Placing an order is legally binding and due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept any returns.

If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale. This includes non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer who we have cancelled or suspended.

Personal data collected, will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain consent from our customers. We are the sole owner of the personally identifiable information collected on this site. We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our web site.

We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected.

Only authorised personals have access to our systems.  Consultants, contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.

We allow our customers the right to access their personal information.  Customers can access their personal information by using their respective username and password to gain access to their personal information.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update or remove your personal data at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support.

We will respond to our customer’s request within a reasonable time and we charge / do not charge a reasonable fee / a fee for providing the information or data requested for.

Challenging Compliance

Our mechanisms and processes are in place to receive and address complaints or inquiries about our policies and procedures relating to the handling of personal data. Appropriate measures will be taken to amend policies and procedures if a complaint is found to be justified.
