It started with my need to bake a basic snack for my son Corey who is allergic to egg, dairy and peanuts. As the recipe evolved, it became an awesome allergen-friendly shortbread cookie worthy to stand next to the traditional Marks & Spencers version.
The difference between these and a Marks and Spencer one? There is NO EGG, NO DAIRY, NO NUTS of any sort in these cookies.
